Since 1997, Lone Star Vision has provided premier eye care in Plano, Texas and has recently expanded with a new location at Legacy Medical Village conveniently just off the the North Dallas Tollway, near The Shops at Legacy. Dr. Todd Brantley is a therapeutic optometrist who has been at the forefront of providing North Texans with quality eye care and personalized attention. Dr. Olivia Carleo is a native of the Dallas area and has extensive training in the areas of contact lenses, ocular disease management, and LASIK management.

Lone Star Vision meets the eye care needs for the entire family by offering advanced technology, the widest selection of designer eyewear, an on-site optical lab, and an extensive selection of contact lenses. Our services include comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases ranging from eye allergies to glaucoma, contact lenses, prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, eye emergencies, and LASIK management. We also provide specialty testing for sports vision, low vision, and binocular vision disorders. Thanks to the exponential growth of our practice, we are excited to announce that we have expanded the office into our new location at Legacy Medical Village. Dr. Todd Brantley and Dr. Olivia Carleo will be the primary eye care specialists for the entire medical complex that has gained national attention as a state-of-the-art healthcare facility conveniently located on W. Spring Creek just east of the Dallas North Tollway. Our doctors are highly trained in medically related eye diseases, specialty contact lenses, and advanced technology. Patients can be sure that all their vision needs are cared for with the highest quality of care and personalized attention.
