Todd Brantley, O.D.

Dr. Todd Brantley is highly respected by his colleagues and well known for the exceptional care he provides his patients. During his externships, he was highly trained in refractive surgery with an emphasis on
LASIK while at Berkeley Eye Center in Houston, Texas. 'Dr. Brantley works closely with local ophthalmologists and many other healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care.
At Lone Star Vision, Dr. Brantley utilizes the latest contact
lens designs and eye care technology. He is among the
first eyecare specialists to be certified to fit the new Paragon
CRT contact lenses, a non-surgical alternative to vision
correction. Dr. Brantley has special interests in Sports
Vision, Low Vision, Binocular
Vision Disorders, and Ocular
Diseases such as dry
eye syndrome, glaucoma, macular
degeneration, diabetic
related eye conditions, and allergic
conjunctivitis.
A native Texan, Dr. Brantley grew up in Ft. Worth and went on to receive his Bachelors of Science degree and Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston. He is among the first optometrists to be licensed as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Dr. Brantley is an active member of the Texas Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, Dallas County Optometric Society, and the Plano Chamber of Commerce. He is a volunteer for the InfantSEE program headed by former President Jimmy Carter. In addition, Dr. Brantley has volunteered in the community for organizations like the Junior League of Plano, Plano West Booster Club, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Dr. Brantley enjoys spending time with his wife, Wendy, and their daughter, Makenna. He excelled in sports in both high school and college where he was a two-time All Conference pitcher. He is active at his local church and has participated in medical mission trips to South America.
Olivia Carleo, O.D.

Dr. Olivia Carleo, a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, grew up in the Dallas area, where she attended The Hockaday School. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Austin College and pursued her doctorate of optometry degree at the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Dr. Carleo was one of a limited number of students to receive a Clinical Letter of Excellence recognizing her success in Family Practice. Her work on Stargardt's Disease was published in Institute for Optometric Practice. During her externships, Dr. Carleo was highly trained in contact lens fitting, pre- and post-operative LASIK management and ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration. Dr. Carleo also has a special interest in dry eye and ocular allergy management. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Dallas County Optometric Society and the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.
Dr. Carleo enjoys playing the piano, dancing, traveling and foreign cuisine. She is conversant in French, Italian and Spanish. Dr. Carleo looks forward to seeing you at your next appointment at Lone Star Vision!
